Simply Heroes

Simply Heroes is a one-page tabletop roleplaying game. Simply Heroes is a framework that a group can use to tell exciting stories about valiant and complex heroes. Simply Heroes is my answer to the question: "Why does the GM have to do so much paperwork?"

Simply Heroes comes in two versions: The Aspect edition, and the Skill edition. Both versions use a different core mechanic. Both versions utilize different resources. Both versions are simple to play, fast to learn, and easy to run!

The Aspect Edition has players rolling 3d6, using one of the three dice to determine success or failure. Characters are defined by Aspects, descriptors of their capabilities and connections. Finally, characters have Hero Points, which they can use to push through dire odds!

The Skill Edition has players rolling 1d20 and adding a character's skills and other bonuses to beat a predetermined difficulty. Characters are defined by Aspects and Skills, specific areas of study or training. Finally, characters have HP, a resource that reflects a character's stamina and health, as well as something they can spend to push through dire odds!
