1.1 Update

This is a major update! I've changed some things to keep the monsters more in line with common 5e practices:

• Multiple attacks as an action as well as Bonus Actions are now properly accounted for and utilized.
• Experience points have been added to the CR table for more ease of use.
• Hit points in the early CR range has been slightly readjusted to increase at a smoother rate.
•  Effect areas have been slightly refitted to make more sense (now cones aren't grossly larger than other areas).
